We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at vezrallc@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
