🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please contact us at vezrallc@yahoo.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at vezrallc@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
